How to get started with signing into the SmartFind Express (Sub Call System) for first time users:
Step 1. Call 703.794.2489. You will hear the welcome message “Welcome to eSchool Solutions.”
Step 2. Enter your access ID number (Sub ID Badge) without the zeros in front. At the end of your number add the * key. The system will request you to enter a PIN. Your Access ID and Initial PIN are both your badge number with no leading zeros.(i.e., if your access id is “12345” your first time PIN is “12345”)
Step 3. You will be asked to record your name. Please record your full name: First Name, Last Name, and Suffix (if applicable). Record you name, then press the star (*) key.
Step 4. Next you will hear your callback number. This is the telephone number that the system will use to call you for available jobs.
- Make sure the number you provide is the number you will most likely answer.
Step 5. You will be prompted to create a new 4 to 9-digit numeric PIN. The PIN must be different than your Access ID number. Enter your NEW 4 to 9-digit numeric PIN then press the (*) key.
- Note: When the system calls you, it will only ask you to enter your PIN followed by the star (*) key. When you call the system, you will need to enter both access ID and PIN.
The above process must be set up first prior to signing into the Smart Find Express via the website.
