If your iPad is locked and you cannot remember the passcode, you will not be able to access the device through Settings. In this case, the device must be reset by a support specialist.
What to expect:
- Contact your support specialist (TSSPEC) and let them know your iPad is locked.
- The support specialist will clear the device passcode remotely.
- Once the reset is complete, your iPad will prompt you to set a new passcode.
Note: A device reset may erase data on the iPad. Contact your support specialist for details before proceeding.
