PWCS uses toolbox.pwcs.edu for staff password administration.
When entering the username, please do not use @pwcs.edu with your username, this will throw the error. "Authentication failed."
Need to Reset your existing password?
If you need to reset your password, please log in to toolbox.pwcs.edu with your current credentials and then click on your name in the upper right corner and then change password.
This will prompt you to change your password (you may need to scroll down to see the whole password change screen depending on the size of your display).
Once you have changed your password you can either close your browser window or choose Logout by clicking on your name again.
Please allow approximately 5 minutes after reset to attempt signing into any system with your new password to allow time for all systems to receive the updated password.
Forgot your password?
From the Toolbox.pwcs.edu login screen click on Forgot my password and then Forgot My Password - Employee
Put in your email address and then select how you would like to receive your verification code (email or text based on the information you have in Employee Self Service) and follow the on screen instructions.
